Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of web design, development and digital automation services by LineaCore ("we", "us") to clients ("you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

LineaCore provides web design, website development, digital automation, AI integration and related digital services as agreed in a written Scope of Work or Service Agreement. No work commences until a Scope of Work is signed by both parties.

2. Quotations & Fees

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Quotes are based on the scope described — changes to scope may result in revised pricing
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise

3. Payment Terms

• Deposit: 50% of the setup fee is due before work commences
• Final payment: Remaining 50% is due on project completion before launch
• Retainer: Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month
• Late payment: Accounts overdue by more than 14 days may incur a 10% late fee and work may be suspended
• LineaCore reserves the right to take down any hosted site for non-payment

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely feedback, content and approvals as required
• Ensure all content provided is original, licensed or owned by you
• Not provide content that is defamatory, illegal or infringes third-party rights
• Maintain your own backups of website content and data

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon receipt of full payment, you own all custom design and code created specifically for your project
• LineaCore retains ownership of all tools, frameworks, templates and methodologies used in delivery
• LineaCore retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences

6. Revisions

Each project phase includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $120/hour. Major scope changes require a new Scope of Work.

7. Warranties & Liability

• We warrant that work will be completed with reasonable skill and care
• We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic numbers or conversion rates
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss or damage
• We are not liable for third-party platform outages (hosting, Supabase, Google, etc.)

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• On termination, all work completed to date is invoiced and payable within 14 days
• The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after work has commenced
• LineaCore may terminate immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or illegal use

10. Data & Privacy

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued engagement with LineaCore after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
